We’ve been hard at work over the past year listening to your feedback and suggestions for the app. The latest version is loaded with new features, bug fixes and performance enhancements. Check out what’s new below.

Workout Logging

Log a workout you’ve already completed, or check off the exercises as you go or use the original guided workout.

3D Progress Models

Accurately track your stamina, power, endurance and fatigue using advanced 3D models.

Add Custom Exercises

Don’t see an exercise you want to do within the app? You can now add your own custom exercises.

iMessage Integration

Share exercise stickers, workouts and progress photos with your friends through the iMessage app.

Progress Photos

View your before and after progress photos merged together or side by side with notes and stats.

Workout Schedule

Plan your training schedule by the month or week. Add workouts automatically generated to optimize your fitness, or add in your own.

Workout Challenges

Challenge yourself and your friends against individual challenge. See who can lift the most, run the fastest and more.

  • Today Widget — Quickly view, access and alter what workout you have on tap for the day.
  • Improved Sharing — Easily share workouts, progress photos and more to the newsfeed or directly to friends.
  • 3D Touch — Preview content and enlarge exercise videos on-page to get a more detailed look.
  • Siri Integration — Use Siri to access and control personalized workouts.
  • Spotlight Search — Easily access saved workouts and exercises by searching for the name to jump straight to it.
