Solution for Alexa Skill Developer Console Error:
“Deployment Failed Code deployment has failed. There could be another build running on the account. Please try again”
One of the Reason for this error is wrong library written in requirements.txt file
Check you requirements.txt file and remove any wrong library name or version.
