.NET at Oracle DatabaseWorld at CloudWorld 2023
Updated: November 7, 2023
Oracle CloudWorld is returning to Las Vegas. My team and I are working on some great new .NET, Visual Studio Code, and Visual Studio content for Oracle database and cloud. This year, we’ll be part of DatabaseWorld at CloudWorld. DatabaseWorld is the premier event for all things Oracle Database, both on-premises and in the cloud.
Be sure to register for CloudWorld. After you register, add the .NET sessions you want to attend to your schedule. That will reserve a spot for you in each session and help organize your day.
We’ve built a handy web page to identify all the Oracle CloudWorld .NET sessions. Here’s more details about what we have in store for you at the event.
Sessions
We’ll be presenting on how to modernize your .NET app stack with popular technologies, such as Kubernetes, microservices, and multicloud with Oracle Database and Oracle Autonomous Database.
Click on the links below to learn more about each session. Login with your Oracle account credentials and click on the “Add to schedule” button to reserve a spot.

The application observability session was recorded and is available to watch from YouTube:
Hands-on Labs
Explore Oracle .NET development with an Oracle Cloud Free Tier account and this hand-on lab. It guides setting up a .NET web server on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure that connects to Oracle Autonomous Database. You will then develop and deploy a simple To Do List ASP.NET Core web application that uses all these components. By the end, you will have a live, working website on the Internet after completing this session.
- .NET Development with Oracle Database Quick Start [HOL3575] — Tuesday, Sep 19, 5:00 PM PDT
Demogrounds
At the CloudWorld Hub Oracle Database area, you will find .NET experts to answer your development questions and to provide guidance at the “APIs, Tools, and Converged Database for Developers and DevOps” booth. Come by with your queries and pick up some swag.
The Hub is open Tuesday, 11 AM — 7 PM; Wednesday, 8 AM — 6 PM; and Thursday, 8 AM — 3 PM.
We hope to see you there!
