Details of our Public Events

We will conduct two rounds of public sales within 2 hours at launch, across $KPAD and non-$KPAD holders. The first stage of the sale is dedicated to the $KPAD stakers, with the final stage being open to both $KPAD holders and community contributors and engagers.

We’ve stated below the exacting details of each stage. We’ve set it out in the fairest and highest distribution possible, while also maximising the value for $KPAD holders and stakers.

The sales have been based directly on community feedback, and have been made as open and as fair as possible. The team has been hard at work strategising the best way to do it, and we think everyone, no matter the status, will be happy to see such an open public round, inclusive and geared towards maximising distribution.🔮

Public Round Key Information:

The public round will start on the 8th of April at 2:00 PM UTC
It will be fully conducted on http://thekickpad.com/
Raise: $100k public sale
Round 1 for stakers (70% of the tokens)

-Minimum stake required: 1000 KPAD and guaranteed allocation.

-Total allocation determined by your pool weight score (your tokens vs. everyone else’s tokens).

Round 2 for whitelisters (30% of the tokens).

-Split between $KPAD whitelist lottery, and whitelist + community event)

Timetable for the 8th of April:

● 1:30 PM UTC: Telegram Muted.

● 2:00 PM UTC: The Public Round 1 of $70,000 $ORK tokens begins on https://thekickpad.com/

● 3:00 PM UTC: The Public round 2 (whitelist lottery + community event) of $30,000 $ORK tokens begins on https://thekickpad.com/

● ≈4:00 PM UTC: Orakuru tokens will be listed on PancakeSwap with liquidity added. Contract address to be shared on TG. We won’t have time to update it here so if you want to contribute, join https://t.me/Kick_Pad & https://t.me/orakuru and keep an eye out for the address.

Connect your MetaMask wallet to the website.

Alternative Wallet Connection

If you created your BSC (BEP-20) wallet before learning that the Kickpad platform was forcing you to connect to MetaMask, and you don’t have your private key handy, here’s a workaround using Trust Wallet + Seed Phrase.

Download TrustWallet to your mobile device. https://trustwallet.com/
Set up a wallet (Multi-Coin or Smart Chain) by clicking “I already have a wallet”, selecting the wallet type, and then entering your Seed Phrase from your BSC wallet and clicking Import
Once complete, send yourself the intended amount of BNB. The swap pair will be ORK/BNB.
Go to the dApp Browser* in Trust Wallet, and head to https://thekickpad.com/
In the top left corner when you land on the website, make sure you click the ETH icon, and change it to Smart Chain. This will change the network you’re using.
Open the website menu and click Connect Wallet.
Scroll down to the “Ongoing Pools” section. The Orakuru whitelist sale will appear there.

* Note for iOS Users:

You may not see the “Browser” tab along the bottom of your Trust Wallet because it was removed in order to comply with Apple AppStore guidelines. To re-enable it, do the following:

Open Safari Browser and then type in the URL: trust://browser_enable, then tap on Go.
A prompt will appear that will ask if you want to open this page in “Trust”?, tap on Open.
The Trust Wallet app will launch and the DApp browser will be enabled.

Full Process & Info

Public round 1 for stakers (70% of the tokens) begins. Minimum stake required: 1000 KPAD. This will ensure a guaranteed allocation.
Public round 2: Whitelist event for the $30,000 worth of $ORK tokens begins.
The $ORK token is then listed on Pancakeswap and liquidity is added.

● Public round 1 and 2 will be conducted on the KickPad platform.

● When Public round 2 is finished, tokens can be bought at PancakeSwap.

● Time of Public Rounds: 8th of April, 2 PM UTC and 3 PM UTC.

● Initial Market Cap: $520k

● Max Supply: 45,475,762

● Initial Circulating Supply: 2,972,429

● Token price: 0.175$

● Total Raise: 100k$

● No vesting period for Public round 1 and 2, 100% released at listing

● 200 whitelist participants

● $150 in BNB per wallet for whitelisted participants

● Public Round 1 — the amount of BNB per wallet depends on your ‘pool weight score’ (your percentage of $KPAD tokens staked compared to others).

This is a quick overview of all sales that has been and will be conducted.

1. Private B — April 4th, 3:00 PM UTC

Bonus round provided by Orakuru, already finished.
$125k in total.
Fcfs for 1k, 5k, and 10k KPAD stakers.
The winners of the round will get airdropped the initial unlock(8.5%) and vested tokens at launch (18.33% a month if they continue to stake).
If you unstake, you will lose your monthly unlock proportionately to the % of your distribution
However, any tokens not given to the allocated stakers will be distributed to the remaining stakers that participated in the round.

2. Public Round Raise — April 8th, 2:00–4:00 PM UTC

$100k in total.
At 2:00 PM UTC - Public Round 1 for $KPAD stakers with at least 1000 $KPAD, you will have guaranteed allocation in our $70000 public sale on KickPad.
At 3:00 PM UTC - Public Round 2 for whitelist winners (30% of tokens)
200 whitelist spots of $150 in $ORK for all whitelisted winners.
There are 240 total places, this is done on a first come first serve basis.
