With its highly anticipated sequel “DOOM Eternal” dropping next year, I thought we’d take a look at the hit 2016 reboot of the classic 1993–2012 “DOOM” series, and figure out just how well an old franchise performs in today’s game climate. So, without any further ado, let’s talk DOOM.

Overview

Through the loud bursts of demons grunting, bones snapping, teeth grinding and flames burning, you find yourself stranded on Mars, stuck in the middle of an infestation of rampaging demons caused by a bunch of newly-deceased scientists.
