EVERYDAI User Guide
EVERYDAI is a project supporting the two-way token swap for Dai so that ERC20- based Dai can be sent to different chain ecosystems. As you may well know, Dai is the stable coin project of MakerDAO, a leader in the DeFi ecosystems. And the first chain to be supported by EVERYDAI is Klaytn.

We believe many community members from both sides are interested in and eager to begin participating in this Dai swap service. That is why we have put together this short guide for all users who wish to swap from Ethereum-based Dai to Klaytn-based Dai or from Klaytn-based Dai to Ethereum-based Dai. So, make sure you read that if you want to swap your Dai or KDai.
Dai to KDai (Ethereum to Klaytn)
Before Starting, make sure you download MetaMask that is supported by EVERYDAI.
1.Connect your MetaMask wallet to EVERYDAI, clicking the “Connect Wallet”
Once your wallet is connected to EVERYDAI, you will be able to perform a swap.
2. Type in the Dai amount you wish to swap, and type the Klaytn Address to receive KDai
3. Confirm the Contract Approval in the MetaMask to proceed the swap
After typing the amount and address,
you must click the “Contract Approval” to activate your swap transaction according to the Ethereum network. It may take a few seconds or minutes, depending on Ethereum.
4. Click the “Swap Now” button, and confirm the swap transaction
Once you confirm in the MetaMask, the transaction will go through, and swapped KDai tokens will be deposited right into your Klaytn wallet. (It may take few seconds or minutes but it depends on the Ethereum blockchain)
Lastly, please note that you have to add KDai token in your Kaikas to find your KDai.

KDai to Dai (Klaytn to Ethereum)
Before Starting, make sure you download Kaikas that is supported by EVERYDAI.
1.Connect your Kaikas wallet to EVERYDAI, clicking the “Connect Wallet”
Once your wallet is connected to EVERYDAI, you will be able to perform a swap.
2. Type in the KDai amount you wish to swap, and type the Ethereum Address to receive Dai
3. Confirm the Contract Approval in the Kaikas to proceed the swap
After typing the amount and address,
you must click the “Contract Approval” to activate your swap transaction according to the Klaytn network. It may take a few seconds or minutes, depending on Klaytn.
4. Click the “Swap Now” button, and confirm the swap transaction
Once you confirm in the Kaikas, the transaction will go through and swapped Dai tokens will be deposited right into your Ethereum wallet. (It may take few seconds but it depends on the Klaytn blockchain)
Lastly, please note that you have to add KDai token in your Kaikas to find your KDai.
