Whitepaper V1.0 — Release
Greetings from Orbit Chain team,
As we are getting closer to the release of our live public blockchain, we are pleased to release our first whitepaper — releasing October 31, 2019.
Orbit Chain is a Decentralized Inter-Blockchain Platform with aiming to enable automated communication between various blockchains while maintaining the identity of each chain. The whitepaper summarizes the project’s approach to achieving this goal, and a lot of detail for our technology innovation and upcoming products can be found in the whitepaper.

The released whitepaper has been in the works for a while, and we are so proud of our technical accomplishments, which include, but are not limited to the development of
- implementation and process of Inter-Blockchain Communication,
- a novel Delegated Proof-of-Stake consensus with Byzantine Fault Tolerance, and
- secured Decentralized Exchange and Finance protocols.
Furthermore, the whitepaper includes the following details:
- Orbit Chain Features: Orbit Chain Network, Use Cases, and Roadmap,
- Orbit Chain Contract Module: Asset, IBC, Governance, and Network Information, and
- IBC Protocol Guide: Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Ripple.
Lastly of course, we are not done after this release — not even close. We will continue to work to solve any challenges that stand in the way of a decentralized world, and get you updated as new information becomes available.
