Looking back..
Autumn is my favourite month.
It is the one that displays change in an immediate and visible way. It reminds me that good things must come to an end and that after a good break, you can begin anew. Whether that is refreshed on the same thing or to grow in a new way. This is the start of that beginning. As my birthday has just passed, I am reminded that another year has gone and on to the next one. So for me my perspective is what has gone, not what is coming, yet………..
I like to review where I have been just enough to make sensible plans for the future, based in some part on what has happened before. Just enough to know what to do less of and what to do more of.
This leads me to being busy and productive vs allowing time to ponder and concentrating on the important things.
2 articles that drew my attention that I hope are useful: why you don’t want to get things done which may give you some hints and tips about what is stopping you doing things that you feel you need to do.
The other is about how you can manage your sleep cycles to best suit your own body clock. I haven’t read the associated book, but have ordered it. So hopefully next month, I will be refreshed and energised or realise that I can’t have my natural rhythm because not all my life can be planned around my sleeping patterns. Ha Ha!
Or you could just slow down time
Have Fun!
