Organizational Sustainability Consulting (OSC) is excited to announce that it will be opening a new Philadelphia area office this summer.
The move will allow OSC to efficiently serve its clients in the Mid-Atlantic region between New York and Washington, DC. OSC will also be located in proximity to PHL, JFK, EWR, and TTN airports to serve its national and international clients. OSC will continue to grow its virtual consulting in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the trend toward organizations seeking more remote consulting options.
OSC’s mission is to strengthen organizations that change the world for the better. It specializes in fostering financial and organizational sustainability with leaders, leadership teams, and boards of trustees of nonprofit and private sector clients. The firm’s work includes strategy consulting, facilitating change management and organizational effectiveness efforts, conducting sustainability analyses, strengthening governance practices, leadership development, and executive coaching.

Ari Betof, Ed.D is president of Organizational Sustainability Consulting. He is a nationally recognized expert in financial sustainability and organizational stewardship.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, Ari has been a facilitator on numerous webinars as well as a panelist for Independent Schools on the Brink, a collaborative webinar co-hosted by 33-member associations across the country. Ari was also a recent guest on EMA’s Enrollment Spectrum podcast. He is the author of the blog Org Sustainability — Insight and Advice for Leaders that Change the World and can be found on Twitter at @AriBetof.
Ari’s clients include independent schools, independent school membership associations, nonprofits, and private sector companies. He has served as an independent school trustee, head of school, director of institutional advancement, director of enrollment management, director of strategic planning, and faculty member. Ari has been an instructor in University of Pennsylvania’s PennGSE Mid-Career Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership and Leadership Master’s Program. He has served as a mentor in Harvard University’s School Leadership Program, faculty member in the NAIS School Leadership Institute, and judge for the CASE Circle of Excellence Awards.
