IMPORTANT — Token Sale Process Steps and Update
Dear Tracers,
Exciting times ahead of us so we are reaching out with an update on the token sale process. We have made some adaptations due to the final tests with smart contracts, so please make sure to read through the process carefully to minimise the chances of any mistakes/misunderstandings.
Jan 13th — peg to ETH at 15:00 UTC
On Saturday we will announce the TRAC:ETH peg and all the caps set out in ETH. Peg will be determined using 3 days average of ETH:USD and TRAC at $0.1. This will also be the moment when we will start making the final list of those that make it in the 1st phase of the presale.
Jan 14th — notifications about 1st phase of presale
E-mails with notifications will be sent out to everyone. You will receive exact information in which group you are in and when you can make your contribution.
Jan 15th — 24 hours for 1st group of presale contributors
If you received the e-mail that you are eligible for 1st group of presale contributions, you can make them from 15th Jan 15:00 UTC — 16th Jan 15:00 UTC. Minimum contribution size is 5 ETH, and you will be able to contribute up to the size specified in your dashboard.
Jan 16th — 24 hours break for whitelist update
At the conclusion of the first phase of the presale, we will do a break for 24 hours. We have made tests with deployed smart contracts on the Ethereum mainnet and due to the number of applications received it would take considerable amount of time to get all the contributors whitelisted. Doing this while the sale is ongoing wouldn’t provide equal conditions to all the applicants.
This is why we will make a 1-day break in contribution process so we can add all the addresses that passed KYC to the smart contract. In these 24h the smart contract will be paused and will automatically reject all contributions.
Jan 17th — token sale continues
With all KYCed addresses added to the whitelist, we will continue with the token sale on 17th of January at 15:00 UTC. Contributions will first open for leftover presale tokens (5 ETH minimum applies) until hard cap of $10MM is reached. After hard cap, crowdsale will immediately follow (0.5 ETH minimum). You will be able to follow the progress of the contributions on our main website as well as in your dashboard.
First come, first serve principle will apply so please make sure to contribute early if you wish to catch the presale discount.
Jan 17th — Feb 12th
Token sale will continue until total hard cap of $22.5MM is reached or latest on Feb 12th. It will be possible to KYC in the course of the tokensale and have your address added to the whitelist. All tokens will be distributed latest 1 week after the end of crowdsale.
