And who said it works?
In the course of over one thousand studies in 2013, scientists found that dieting according to your blood type is ineffective.
The largest was at the University of Toronto, in which volunteers tried to lose weight according to the theory of American naturopath Peter D’Adamo.
He stated that blood type affects the body’s ability to digest different types of food. As a result, those who simply followed a healthy diet lost much more weight.
The naturopath’s trick is to tell everyone to avoid processed foods and simple carbohydrates, which is always advisable for good health. Therefore, dieting should not be based on blood type.
