Within the last few months, we have completed many important milestones, including building partnerships with leading Asian financial institutions and started developing a brand new product to create the real use case of OSA token. We take current token market challenges seriously and driving the company, as well as our token holders’ interests, towards a targeted strength of the token economy.
In this regard, we have taken a number of game-changing decisions, involving a managing team restructuring, product development enhancing and complete company re-branding, that we would like to share with our beloved community today:
- The renewed brand name “Win.ai” fully describes the mission of a decentralized marketplace for AI solutions for retailers, manufacturers, and shoppers. This is pushed by our enhanced team. Our goal is to empower retailers, manufacturers, AI developers, and shoppers to create and implement AI-driven big data solutions that will revolutionize the retail environment and bring benefits for all parties involved. We democratize the AI solutions market, as well as secure the privacy of all users involved by deploying the token-driven solutions. A decentralized marketplace is to provide consumers with transparent product information and online assistant services, while B2B AI-powered solutions allow manufacturers and retailers to efficiently cooperate and optimize their business strategies, using the capabilities of the created confidential data ecosystem.

- With all our gratitude and respect to the OSA DC managing team and their previous achievements, we are happy to announce the new Win.ai board members who will replace Alex Isaiev, Alex Zdrilko, Maxmillian Musselius, and Ruslan Pushnyi and take over the key responsibilities of advancing the internal company processes and the industry as a whole. The global managing team includes blockchain, crypto, product, business, and marketing experts Noa Gurovich, Anton Chernenko, Andriy Zinchuk, Jay Park, representing the modern flat team structure with no CEO or COO, focusing on common success, the personal core of responsibilities, and targeted marketplace deployment. The corresponding interviews with Win.AI leaders will follow in order to share our key priorities and updated roadmap.
- We are honored to announce a contest between the global retail startups, who are aiming to enlarge their business and get access to a large pool of new customers, retail big data, expert support, and advanced IT infrastructure. Our expert committee will review each request and will invite the most relevant companies to participate in a verification interview.
