Air India aircraft Crash in Indian State of Kerala : A small analysis

On 7th August Air India Express IX1344 crashed at Calicut (Kozhikode) International Airport in Karipur, in Kerala, India.

Hypothesis are coming up related to the the landing gear failure but it is yet to be confirmed.

Probable reason for landing gear failure:

  • Improper rigging.
  • Improper repairs or maintenance.
  • Parts worn beyond their allowable service limits.

The flight made 3 landing attempts, at runway 10, runway 28, and again at runway 10
