#337: Important Notice — Please Take a Note of Your Campaign ID
Dear users of the Otaku Coin Official App.
We regret to inform you that the backup and restoration features of our app are currently unavailable due to changes in the Twitter API. As a result, you will not be able to use Twitter to recover your Otaku Coins (XOC) when switching devices.
For the time being, we suggest taking note of your Campaign ID which can be found at the bottom of the Menu in the Otaku Coin Official App. This ID will be required to restore your XOC balance in case of any device malfunction or misplacement.
If you need to restore your XOC due to switching devices, please contact us through the form on our official website or the app and provide us with the Campaign ID you noted and the Campaign ID on your new device. Once we verify your status, we will begin the restoration process, which may take up to a month to complete.
For your staked XOC, we will verify them against the email address you provided in the Otaku Coin staking form, so there is no need to worry.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation. Thank you for your understanding.
