Activity Report Vol. 52: Take a Look at the Latest Information Ahead of the App’s Official Release!
Do you have an iPhone, or an Android?
A bit of time has passed since the previous information we released. Since then members of the Otaku Coin Association have been working as hard as ever to complete development of the app, and we are happy to report that the app is ready to be released! It has also successfully passed review on the App Store and Google Play. All that is left is to forge a solid footing. The app will be released very soon! But before that we wanted to share the latest information. We’re so excited to show you what we’ve done! You know that feeling, right?

The main function on the app’s main page is entering messages of support to anime studios. The balance of the user’s Otaku Coin is also displayed at the top of the page. Since Otaku Coin is a type of “coin” we designed this portion to look like a credit card. Also on the main page is the latest news and ongoing events like the Friend Invite Campaign. Users will also find Echika-chan and Momo-chan here and there on the app, not just on banners but also in other areas like on the data reader success screen…!
Does this screen with the starry sky look familiar? It’s the screen we gave a peek at when we released info previously, and the truth is it’s part of an animation created just for Otaku Coin! By reading the subtitles displayed above, users can familiarize themselves with our anime studio support project. You can get a sneak peek of it here ahead of its release!
