A State of Manic Depression

It takes hold of you with no cause or reason,

All the sudden things seem dim and dark,

You were okay and content,

Buy now you are depressed and sad,

what gives?

Are you bipolar and just undiagnosed?

Are you just going through something tough?

Or is just a little of both?

I don’t know,

I just want a stable state of being.

Is that too much to ask for?
