It’s all over the news since this weekend that SWA has canceled over 2500 flights. Long lines at counters trying to rebook flights that were canceled only an hour before the scheduled departure time. Sleeping overnight at the airport. Families spending $1000s on hotel, transportation, and food when their flights could only be rescheduled for several days later.
