Update: Reservations are closed as of Oct. 11.

Reservations can now be made online for our Student Media centennial events that will be held Oct. 14–15, 2016.

We have three options:

Dinner reception only ($35 per person): This gets you in at our Friday, Oct. 14, dinner and cocktail event on campus that we expect to be a lively reunion of several generations of former student journalists and advertising sales staff.

Tailgate only ($15 per person): This gets you in at our Saturday, Oct. 15, tailgate in the courtyard east of Gaylord Hall in conjunction with the home football game against Kansas State (start time will be 8 a.m., three hours before the 11 a.m. kickoff). In addition to visiting the Gaylord building, you’ll be able to cross the South Oval and get a good look at your old stomping grounds in Copeland Hall as well as have a chance to interact with the student journalists doing the jobs you did years ago.

Reception and dinner plus tailgate ($45 per person): If you want to make a weekend of it and attend both events, this option gets you a $5 discount per person.

Once your order is placed your name will be on our list for check-in upon arrival at the weekend’s events. We will not be mailing paper tickets to buyers, but you will receive an email receipt confirming your purchase.

Football tickets ($65 per person) Separately, we have secured an allotment of 50 seats in Section 20, which is adjacent to the student section in the northeast corner of the stadium, for the OU-Kansas State football game at 11 a.m. Oct. 15. Orders will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The tickets, which have an $85 face value, will be available to Student Media alumni for $65. Visit this OU Ticket Office site and enter the promo code Daily100 to get your seats today.
