Hello! This is the second segment of a conversation between my father, a self-described moderate, and myself about the current field of Republican candidates and how their rhetoric reflects on their priorities. Dad also talks about his values and what he likes to see in candidates, and how what the candidates proposing have different unintended consequences that must be weighed when we discuss controversial issues. Lastly, he discusses what his vision of a “people-centered” politics looks like.
