Adapting

Truthfully, if you cannot adjust to the constant changes of this world, you will be left behind. Change is scary; you don’t know what to expect and you don’t know how you should react. Not everyone can easily adjust to these situations and move on.

Adaptability is a skill that isn’t easy to master. Most people are afraid of change because they wont be able to control what happens as a result. No one likes to not have control of their life, its out of their co. Adaptability is a skill that is important for everyone to develop because everyone has been and will be affected by change throughout their lives.

It is very interesting how we live our entire live affected by the ever-changing world, yet adapting is still something that seems almost unnatural to many of us. Is mastering adaptability the key to a more successful life? How can it bring us more happiness and comfort? Why do some people feel anxious and fear in unforeseen or unfamiliar situations? How can you mentally prepare yourself to face whatever comes at you? These are all questions I would like to further explore and answer.

I believe the first step to finding the answer is to get your mentality set. Be more open-minded and face any situation with an optimistic mindset. After that all you need is a little effort to adjust your lifestyle for change. Spending just a minute to attempt to make a change will make a much bigger difference than not trying at all.

My plan is to try to fill up my schedule as much as possible with many different activity. This way I will always be under pressure and forces me to figure out how to adapt to this much busier schedule. While doing this I must be willing to accept any disturbances and face it with a positive mindset.
