Some amount of purpose comes connected to my own voice:

When it comes to being flawed, we all have imperfections and we can easily make judgements about ourselves and each other. We forget to be mindful which means being non-judgemental not just being in the moment. We don’t think because most or all of the time we go with our emotions rather than logic. This method is taught by mental health professionals such as counsellors and life coaches.

We all have flaws whether we accept them or not. And we all struggle with all kinds of things. And we have become the society who judges so easily yet doesn’t realise we aren’t perfect in an imperfect world together. We don’t think enough with real logic and that leads to more problems than it we think going with our emotions will solve them. We think more about ourselves and what we believe others and soicety should be and how they should live their lives, we forget to think about the fact that there’s two sides to every story.

We want others to think about others but also themselves to, with self care only with personal hygiene but the rest, is too selfish. To me, I think that’s crazy to think and believe as human beings because all the things that are inside self care other than personal hygiene are what we need to start and ocntinue practicing to care for the mind. Keep in mind that without the brain, we wouldn’t be alive. So wouldn’t it make enough senes to care for it and gratitude??

We should be more grateful in our lives not only because of thsoe who are les fortunate with what we have more than enough or too much of and take them for granted. We take our water for granted. Like Michael Landsberg says that we don’t cherish and appreciate our ability to walk until its been taken away. We don’t cherish nor appreciate our mental health until it’s been taken away!

Once you accept yourself entirely, no one can use your flaws against you. Be at peace with yourself, and you’ll be at peace with the world around you.” ~ Nicole Addison

I’ve come to learn to stop making choices and decisions to make other people happy. Because they don’t make me happy in any way that I like at all. So I’ve decided to continue doing things for my own mental health recovery and treatment as well as anything and everything that makes me happy, gives me joy, passion, excitement, confidence and contentment.

That’s that!
