You know those things you really want but struggle to make a plan where you actually stick to it and work towards the results you want? Well what do you think is the problem? We may not stick to a plan or goal because we are following the wrong method. Don’t follow the “S.M.A.R.T. plan, buy: “It Starts With Passion: Do What You Love And Love What You Do” by Keith Abraham.

Go to the chapter: 11: S.M.A.R.T. Goals Don’t Work on page #59! He talks about how and why that method doesn’t work and what method he suggests instead. Instead of: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant/realistic, & Time-limited/based; follow: Feeling, Action, Results & Goal. Or the other way around! But read the chapter, don’t feel guilty or bad for reading ahead (and not reading the chapter in order).

And then journal or write (hey, even share your thoughts in a post on social media). Maybe form your thoughts into 140 character tweet on Twitter, or many tweets, one after another. Or any other social media site you use: Tumblr, Facebook, Instagram, WattPad, Medium.

Remember, life is what you make it. So if you want a certain kind of reality or life that you would like to live, start creating. The best way to predict the future is to create it. And make every single moment count! What is worth the price, the risks, sacrifices, etc is always worth the fight. You can fight for a better tomorrow. Watch this trailer for my example to help backup my point here.
