Fast Food Fries
MCDONALD’S FRIES ARE HORRENDOUS! I say this because after many years of eating McDonald’s fries, only a few batches of fries have been good, and even at their best they are mediocre. McDonald’s fries are cold, soggy and salty with no flavor and some even come out burned or too short or too long. The fries are constantly inconsistent and poorly made, these fries are extremely underwhelming for the World Famous Fries they are advertised as. McDonald’s say they are made with premium potatoes and they call their fries crispy and golden on the outside and fluffy on the inside, yet when you buy fries from any McDonald’s they come out soggy and colorless as if they reheated some fries they weren’t using and added extra salt on to it and called it a day. Not only are their classic fries a disappointment their classic fries are also their only available fries on the menu. There’s no extra fries like curly fries, onion fries or chicken fries, there’s no spicy option either, or any topping you can put on top of the fries like cheese or chilli. So not only are their classic fries horrible they are their only fries with no extra options or toppings to back up its weak fries.
A Fast Food Restaurant that does fries right unlike some (McDonald’s) Is Wendy’s. Wendy’s like McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant known for it’s burgers and other foods like fries but burgers would be it’s main focus like McDonald’s. Wendy’s has a similar menu to McDonald’s, both having the classic burger, fries and a drink but also other menu items like salads, breakfast meals and other types of beverages along with their kid menus. Wendy’s is also known on the internet well for it’s aggressive behavior towards other fast food restaurants on social platforms usually calling out others like McDonald’s for their restaurant flaws like cold or reused food which wendy’s claims again and again to always be using fresh and hot food.
But even though McDonald’s and Wendy’s may have lots of similarities their quality in food specifically fries is completely different from each other. Wendy’s fries are like McDonald’s fries but actually good they may look the same but taste and quality wise they are very different. Unlike McDonald’s fries Wendy’s are crispy and flavorful with not too much salt to ruin the taste and none are burned or any other weird flaws that might ruin the fries. Wendy’s not only has well and good made fries but it’s not it’s only option for your fries experience, aside from their classic french fries they have Garlic, pub, cheese, baconator and chili cheese fries along with cut season potatoes you could count as fries too. Wendy’s has a much bigger category of fries to choose from and much better made and tasting fries than it’s competition McDonald’s.
To add further insult to McDonald’s fries and to compare one more fast food restaurant to the list, Popeyes. Popeyes is a Fast Food place like McDonald’s and wendy’s but they’re a burger place, Popeyes specializes on chicken they don’t have burgers or other stuff like McDonald’s or Wendy’s but they do have fries. Popeyes fries aren’t like others they don’t have the same looking fries, Popeyes fries have an orange color to them which they call cajun fries. Like Wendy’s fries they are crispy and full of flavor, they are well made and hot. For a chicken based fast food restaurant they have pretty good fries something that McDonald’s should take notes on. Popeyes also has other options for their cajun fries like cheese cajun fries.
In conclusion this article was made to express my opinion on how fast food fries are made between all types of fast food restaurants, like Popeyes, Wendy’s and McDonalds. This article was also made to talk about whats good or wrong with their fries.
