Enchiladas del Distrito Federal are a popular food in Mexico City. This is a recipe you can use to make those good enchiladas.

First, you start by adding some water to a pot then add a spoon full of chicken broth powder and add a slice of onion as well, after that, you add the chicken breast and let that sit until the chicken is fully cooked. After that, you get 3 green tomatoes and 6–9 green chiles, wash them up then you’re going to get another pot and fill it with water and drop the tomatoes and chiles into it and let that boil until you see the tomatoes and chiles getting dark. Now you take them out and put them in the blend with less than half of the cilantro bush and a slice of onion and a spoon full of chicken broth powder and lastly add one piece of garlic. Now you can finally blend it all up after it’s all blended up, you’re gonna pour a spoon of oil into a pot and wait till it gets hot and pour the salsa in the pot, and if you think it doesn’t have enough flavor add half a spoon to it. As you wait for it to get hot on low heat you will check on the chicken breast to see if it’s fully cook. If you take it out and set it on a plate or bowl it doesn’t matter, after that you rip up the chicken with your hands or fork if it’s too hot. After you finish that pour oil into the pan until it is fully covered and let it sit until you see little bubbles in the pan. Now that you have done that you grab 1 tortilla and slowly put it onto the pan you will see it getting a bit crispy so now you turn it to the other side. Afterward, you take out the tortilla and grab as much chicken as you want, and roll it inside the tortilla, make yourself as many as you want. After you have put them on your plate and add as much green sauce as you want. For final touches, you can cut up some cilantro and add it to your enchiladas along with yellow crema and fresh cheese too.

What make the enchiladas del distrito federal so great and special is that not many people have ever heard about green enchiladas. They are much different from other peoples, some people make red enchiladas in the oven. And now after everything you sit down and enjoy dinner and worry about the cleaning after lmaoo.
