Donald Decker, also known as Donnie, had a troubled life.
In 1983, when Donnie was 21 years old, he was serving time at Monroe County Correctional Facility in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, for receiving stolen property.
When his grandfather, James Kishaugh, died in February, Don was relieved at the news, due to the abuse at the hands of his grandfather.
Donnie was released over the weekend to attend the funeral, however, upon seeing the outpouring of sympathy for his grandfather, whom he despised, he became distraught hearing everyone else speaking so highly of him.
No one else at the funeral knew James Kishaugh had a dark secret, regarding the abuse of his 7-year-old Grandson.
