OuroX — Revenue Streams

One question we get a lot from potential investors and curious customers is, “How do you expect to make money?”

Great question. It’s pretty simple, and we’ve included a helpful graphic below.

Initially, there are Exchange Fees which include fees for trading on the exchange as well as deposits and withdrawals. The goal is to make the Exchange as useful to as many people as possible, so we’re keeping fees reasonably low.

There are Listing Fees associated with listing new securities and digital assets. We keep these fees competitive and select new listings carefully. It is important to us that every element of the exchange exhibit integrity, including our listings.

There will be Margin Trading fees which is a fee or interest on the borrowed amount, for trading on margin.

OuroPay, our blockchain enabled payment processor, is designed for merchants and corporate accounts in Latin America and the Caribbean. We’re in the process of signing up commercial accounts which provides additional revenue.

Fuente, our multi-vendor marketplace, will offer buyers and sellers a place to connect with a low 15% seller listing fee. We’re building a logistics behemoth and partnering with advanced transportation partners to radically alter how goods are distributed in LatAm and the Caribbean.

As you can see, everywhere we’ve added value to the financial ecosystem, we’ve monetized the value as well. We’re excited about OuroX the platform not only for the customers whose lives will be altered dramatically and permanently but also for the investors who decide they want to join us in co-owning this incredible system.

We’re currently inviting investors to a limited round on StartEngine, the first of its kind. We’ve passed early fundraising milestones and still have more to reach. We’ve soft-launched the exchange and gotten excellent feedback which will be incorporated for the February 1st, official launch. We’re accepting investments in BTH and ETH, because, of course, we are.
