Case Study: Paultons Park
Family-run theme park, Paultons Park, had been looking at how it communicated with its 640 staff for some time, exploring different methods to appeal to its diverse range of workers with no particular joy, until the company partnered with smartphone-driven workforce management platform, Our People, back in 2017.
Home to the world-revered Peppa Pig World, and voted TripAdvisor’s number one UK amusement park for the fourth year running in 2019, Paultons Park welcomes more than 1 million visitors every year. The park, originally a country park and bird gardens, first opened in 1983–36 years ago.
Park employees work across 11 different departments including the more obvious catering, retail and park operations to engineering, grounds and gardens and livestock — the park still boasts impressive themed gardens with exotic birds and animals, which were a feature of the original estate.
