PPM ⁓ Private Placement Memorandum (Offering Memorandum)

SAFT ⁓ Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (Adaption of SAFE Simple Agreement for Future Equity — Often Used when Conducting Offerings Prior to Token Distribution)

SICO ⁓ Security-Wrapped ICO (Offering Utility Tokens under Private Placement Exemptions)

STO ⁓ Security Token Offering

TABS ⁓ Tokenized Asset-Backed Securities

TED ⁓ Tokenized Equity or Debt (Type of STO)

TSI ⁓ Transactional Security Instruments (Representing a Redeemable Security)
