I wouldn’t say I really get depressed anymore. I’ve faced struggles with depression in the past, and this feels different. I define what I feel more as out of sorts. It’s like I can’t get still, can’t settle. Like I’m forgetting something really important. And no matter what I do, I just can’t get a handle on the feeling.
