Hey, Obese Person!

Wanna be less obese? I’m here to share some stuff with you.

Referring to you as ‘obese person’ was rude. I’m sorry. But it got you here, so also, not sorry! My name is Tom, and for the great price of $99.99, I’m gonna send you some magic tea that’ll make you poop your weight away!

Okay, I’m not gonna do that. Tonight I decided to sit here and start this publication, called Out of Obesity, because I want to connect with people specifically who consider themself to be obese. An obese person trying to lose half of their body weight is not the same as somebody who is already an average weight trying to lose 10lbs, and cannot be treated as such. I’m here to talk to you about how you can lose weight without taking your lifestyle to the extreme.

Sorry, needed a random stock photo here so it’d appear in search results ;)

If you’re reading this and thinking that’s me, you’re probably struggling with your weight, you’ve probably tried (and failed) a few times to get started on that journey of losing it. There’s maybe been a few moments in your life where you’ve felt embarrsed or hurt, you’ve felt worthless - or maybe you’ve just looked at yourself and said “I need to do better/I need to be better”.

For whatever reason you’ve struggled so far to achieve these goals, but I gotta tell you guys — its perfectly possible for you to achieve them. It’s just all about your frame of mind and your approach, and that’s exactly what this publication is going to be about.

Give me a follow and stay tuned, because very shortly I’m going to tell you about how I managed to lose 4 stone in 4 months, and I am now on my way to no longer being obese. I’m not quite there yet, but I feel like I’ve gained quite a lot of experience that I’ll be able to share with you on this journey. Obviously I’m still learning (we all are, every day!), and I’m not claiming to be an expert. I may not know more than some - but I probably know more than a lot. And I’m going to share that with you from my own perspective.

So give this publication a follow, let me know if you’d like to learn more — and introduce yourself in the comments if you’d like! Thanks for reading.
