The National Park Service is spreading the news: there are going to be 10 free admission days in 2017. Circle these days on your calendar now!
2017 free entrance days
- January 16 // Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- February 20 // Presidents Day
- April 15–16 and 22–23 // Weekends of National Park Week
- August 25 // National Park Service Birthday
- September 30 // National Public Lands Day
- November 11–12 // Veterans Day Weekend
Hundreds of Free U.S. National Parks
If you head to the Find Your Park page of the National Parks site, you can also look for the park closest to you. Did you know there are hundreds across the country?
