In November I launched a new landing page and challenge pre-registration pages. I also locked in 2 sponsored challenges, with the support of Baha Body and BajaBoard, and a third challenge sponsored by Outduo itself.

  • 10.87% average conversion rate across all challenge landing pages
  • Top traffic sources: Social (mostly Facebook ads), Direct, Organic search

Marketing to users

What’s working

  • Highly targeted Facebook ads: Moderate advert impressions (based on budget), moderate clickthroughs and pre-registrations.
  • One-on-one conversations with existing contacts and influencers on social media.

What’s not working

  • Promoted Tweets to an untargeted market (generic demographic in Australia): Plenty of advert impressions, very few clickthroughs and pre-registrations.

What’s coming in December

  • BajaBoard’s official challenge launch.
  • The announcement of 3 new challenges for February 2018.
