Mobile Commerce — How Big?

We all shop on Mobile. Is it true?

Mobile Commerce as % of all eCommerce was 37% in 2021.

Still only about 1/3rd.

But…it is getting bigger….to 42% by 2025 (source). Not fast enough.

Consumers start on mobile but complete the transaction on desktop. It will change but not fast enough yet.

So, Brands need to invest accordingly — don’t forget the desktop while you go mobile-first.
