Guide on How to Contribute

If we contacted you about a piece you already wrote:

1. Make a Medium account.
2. Let us know your Medium tag (@ [your username])
3. After we’ve added you to our list of writers, make a New Post.
4. In your new post, copy paste your piece.
5. In the three-dot button (…) on the right, click Submit to Publication and select Outlander. If you’re not sure where to click, see these Medium instructions here.

Done! We’ll be in touch with any revisions we recommend, as well as the anticipated publishing schedule.

We try to add an image to each post, so if you haven’t added an image, we’ll select one and let you know which we selected.

You are welcome and even encouraged to cross-post your piece across multiple platforms.
