Most of us finds it too difficult to allot time for exercise.

When we choose to walk, run or bike from one place to the other, we reap the beautiful benefits of it:

WALKING

A daily 30-minute walk improves physical health and mental conditioning. If normally you take a public transportation, you can stop 1km from your destination and start a walk.

RUNNING

Running can raise your level of good cholesterol and help you have a healthy lung. It boost your immune system too. Wake up early morning, do your jog and start your day right.

CYCLING

Cycling burns calories 3x than walking. Three hours of cycling per week reduces risk of heart disease and stroke by 50%. You may carry a load on the bike to add weight. Do favors by doing grocery on a bike and improve your well-being.

OCTOBER is OutPax’ Walk-Run-Cycle Month.

Do your healthy activity today.
