Through friendship — by accumulating bonds of camaraderie and developing strong ties of trust — we can contribute to the fundamental shifts that are urgently needed to achieve lasting stability, weave a safety net that will protect us all, and generate passion for a better world where all are united for the greater good.” — http://www.un.org/en/events/friendshipday/

Today is International Friendship Day.

An outstanding work environment is fueled by mutual trust, respect, and support and protects us all. In a place where people care about us and our successes, we are all safe to ask why and to take risks. We all grow professionally, personally, and as a company. Some days we have so much fun that it doesn’t feel like work.

Happiness in the workplace reduces stress, increases job satisfaction, and it spills over into our lives outside of work. When like-minded people spend a significant portion of their life together, many friendships are made. We want to celebrate that!
