524: Outtalent's Referral Program

During the month of May, Outtalent will celebrate its second anniversary by rewarding people who refer software engineers

Outtalent was officially founded on May 24th, 2019.

Things have changed dramatically since, but Outtalent stayed true to its goal of helping people get great jobs at companies like Google, Facebook, and Amazon and relocate to countries like the US, the UK, and Germany.

To celebrate our second anniversary, we are launching a referral program called Outtalent 524.

If you refer a software engineer who successfully passes our admission process and joins Outtalent, we will give both you and your friend 262 USD each.

For the 524 referral program, engineers need to meet this criteria:

• they live in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan or Uzbekistan
• they want to get a job abroad at a top technology company
• they have over 2 years of full-time professional experience as a software engineer

Here is how it works: once you engineer friend is ready to apply, ask them to include “524: your@email.com” in the application form as an answer to the question “How did you learn about Outtalent?”. That's how we will know to reward you both, so make sure they correctly write your email address!

This program is valid for all applications submitted between May 4th and May 24th 2021. So, if you know software engineers who want to get a great job abroad, you know where to send them!
