Outtalent in a nutshell

We call ourselves “a career accelerator that helps ambitious engineers around the world 10x their career”.

Our online educational program for backend and iOS engineers lasts up to 4 months. It is led by engineers and engineering managers from companies like Google, Facebook, and Stripe. They help you ramp up your knowledge of distributed system design, algorithms, and data structures. In addition to that, the program improves your writing, storytelling, and negotiation skills important for your behavioral interviews, overall communication with employers, and your career after.

You don’t pay before or while you are in the program. You pay only if you get a job in a top 10 company of your choice.

We’re happy to announce that applications are now open for Fall 2021! We are looking for engineers for two of our programs: Everest Backend and Everest iOS. To be eligible, engineers must have 2+ years of full-time work experience (or an impressive engineering accomplishment) as well as advanced theoretical knowledge in their domain of expertise (backend or iOS).
