What is Outtalent?

We are an online educational program designed to help great software engineers get jobs at top companies like Google. Participants pay only if they get the job they wanted.

We aim to help people from all countries set and achieve ambitious career goals together, independent of where they are born, where they live, or what’s said on their passport.

Our core program lasts for 3 months and it covers distributed system design, algorithms, data structures, personal branding, and salary negotiation.

Our accomplishments

We have been running our career accelerator in the Russian-speaking region for the past 2 years and we’ve helped get offers from Amazon, DeepMind, Facebook, Flexport, Google, Microsoft, Reddit, Spotify, Stripe, TikTok, and Uber in Europe, Canada, and the US. Our most popular employer is Google and our most popular destination is London.

Outtalent’s last batch was the strongest yet:

• On average, graduates got 3 offers from one of the top tech companies of their choice, at minimum, they got 2 offers
• Their average base salary reached 115k USD/year (not counting the stock compensation and bonuses)
• 100% of graduates got an offer at either Google, Facebook, Amazon, or Microsoft and shared testimonials
