Which are you?
Many folks over 40 are “trying to work out”, but after 16 years of coaching them I’ve found that doesn’t tell the whole story.
In fact, all my clients who are ‘trying to work out’ inhabit one of four personas, from those struggling to start (The Defeated Dreamer) to those who’ve essentially completed the game (The Progress Pro).
Think of these personas as points along your own, personal fitness journey.
Once you’ve identified which one YOU are, you’ll have much greater clarity around how to make the leap to the next persona, slowly but surely getting back in shape, so you can look and feel great as you get older.
