And it works much better
I don’t tend to recommend many supplements for guys over 40, especially if their lifestyle habits aren’t fixed yet.
But I do always recommend ZMA for most guys over 40 for:
- natural testosterone production and
- better quality sleep (and therefore stress control).
But here’s the thing I discovered about the standard forms of Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6 used in most Z MA products:
they are pretty cr*p.
So as a 49-year-old man (and health coach) wanting to stay fit and healthy, I donned my Mad Professor Hat and decided to build my own better ‘Frankenstein’ version of ZMA.
