You plan to start working out in January, then suddenly it’s February, then Easter, and before you know it, you’re staring at summer with the same belly that was annoying you months ago.

Your arms and legs are still skinnier than you’d like, and you’re no fitter than when you started. Bah!

So let’s fix that with a practical approach I’ve used with coaching clients over the last 15 years, that actually works for (slightly!) older folks who struggle to stay consistent with working out.
