This is a strong cocktail, so it’s better with crushed ice to balance the alcohol and the ingredient. Before taste, you smell the magic aroma of mint and gin. Thereafter, the fresh and brisk mint flavour will spread over your mouth, then comes with the strong gin taste.
此杯為酒感強烈的調酒,所以需要搭配碎冰來達成與其他元素的平衡。在品嚐前,它會散發薄荷與琴酒搭配的美妙滋味,接著在整個口腔感受到薄荷的清香,琴酒的香氣便緊接著蹦出,一杯完美的調酒就此誕生。

📜 Recipe (酒譜)

🍾 Gin — 60ml
🍋 Fresh Lemon Juice — 30ml
🍬 Syrup — 30ml

🍸 Preparation (製作方法)

Chill your glass with half glass of crushed ice. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake it until chilled and pour into glass.
將酒杯用半滿的碎冰來冰杯,並把所有材料放入雪克杯中,搖至雪克杯微冰後,倒入杯中並加上裝飾。
