📜 Story (歷史)

Before taste, you smell the fruity aroma from lychee first. Thereafter, the perfect balance between sourness and sweetness from cranberry juice spread over your mouth. In a few seconds, oolong infusion brings out the tender flavour with clean aroma, and leave brisk and mellow aftertaste.
品嚐前先聞到荔枝鮮明的果香甜韻,入口則在舌尖詮釋蔓越莓恰如其分的酸甜,潛藏的尾韻於舌根留下茶香醇厚,生津回甘。

📜 Recipe (酒譜)

🍾 Dita Lychee Liqueur — 60ml
🍋 Cranberry Juice — 180ml
🥤 Homemade Oolong Infusion — 50ml

🍸 Preparation (製作方法)

Chill your cocktail glass first. Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake it until chilled and pour into glass. Garnish with tea powder.
將雞尾酒杯冰杯,並把所有材料放入雪克杯中,搖至雪克杯微冰後,倒入杯中並加上裝飾。

👨🏻 Homemade Oolong Infusion
Put 15g of the four seasons spring oolong tea leaf (Sun Moon Old Tea Factory) into 500ml vodka. Filter it after three days in refrigerator and add 10g of new tea leaf to make the second round. It will finish after another three days.
使用四季春烏龍茶葉 (日月老茶廠) 15g 的量,放入品質較好的 vodka 500ml 中浸泡,並放冰箱冷泡。三天後濾掉再加 10g 的新茶葉做第二泡,再泡三天後即可濾掉飲用。
