Oriental Princess (清梅格格)
由日本酒的元素發想，配上優格酒後，調製出一款融合米香，梅子香氣與優格酸甜感的半日式調酒。這種輕熟又不膩的味道，適合細細品味。
Inspired by Oriental creative elements. We combine the aroma of Nihon-Shu, the sweetness of Umeshu and the creamy sourness of Yogurt Liqueur. Create a Japanese-style cocktail with a perfect balance between mature and fresh flavors.
這杯酒其實是某一次在居酒屋時，居酒屋老闆娘為我們做的一杯特調。當初也不知道比例，回來自己嘗試了幾種平衡後，最後完成這杯半日式調酒。
📜 Recipe (酒譜)
🍶 Sake — 40ml
🥃 Umeshu — 20ml
🍾 Bols Yoghurt Liqueur — 10ml
🍸 Preparation (製作方法)
Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake it until chilled and pour into glass.
把所有材料放入雪克杯中，搖至雪克杯微冰後，倒入杯中即可飲用。
