The $TAKE tokenomics have been structured to unite our community and team around one mission: driving the sustainable growth of the OVERTAKE ecosystem. Holding $TAKE means joining a fast-scaling business and sharing in the upside of a marketplace model that targets a $700M opportunity with real demand and utility.

Our design unlocks fully over the next 5 years, ensuring both sustainability and long-term health of the ecosystem. Every allocation has been carefully considered to create lasting value for the community while supporting the infrastructure required for growth.

Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 $TAKE
Initial Circulating Supply at TGE: 131,250,000 $TAKE
Emission: Fully distributed over 5 years, with over half going to the community

Allocation Breakdown

1. Community Reward (30.0%)

This pool exists to reward the lifeblood of OVERTAKE, our community. It incentivizes activities that directly foster the growth of our products and ecosystem. Rewards currently cover:

Trading on the OVERTAKE marketplace
Staking $TAKE tokens
Acting as evangelists with activities like: amplifying marketing, referring friends, or creating relevant content, and many more

Community is central to our journey. This pool ensures that our most active participants are rewarded meaningfully and consistently.

2. Ecosystem Operation & Liquidity (17.5%)

This pool fuels both operational growth and liquidity needs. It covers:

Ongoing development and operation of OVERTAKE’s products
Expansion activities such as onboarding new games, payment rails, or ecosystem features
Liquidity provisioning across centralized and decentralized exchanges to ensure smooth trading and strong market stability

This ensures that OVERTAKE can scale sustainably, while maintaining healthy liquidity across all major venues.

3. KAITO & OVERTAKE Airdrops (0.5% + 7.0%)

These allocations reward early adopters and engaged community members who supported OVERTAKE from the beginning. Eligible tasks included completing social missions, content generation, and ongoing engagement.

We introduced longer vesting schedules for these airdrops to balance short-term excitement with long-term value creation. While some hunters may prefer instant unlocks, our approach is designed so that:

$TAKE’s value grows as our business generates revenue and executes buybacks
Long-term holders and contributors benefit alongside the project’s success
Unused allocations due to botting, multi-accounts, or sybil behavior will be reclaimed and redirected to the Community Reward pool to benefit genuine participants

4. Exchanges (6.0%)

A dedicated pool to support exchange listings, liquidity requirements, and promotional campaigns with major trading venues. Strong listings are critical to make $TAKE accessible to a wider audience and to ensure deep liquidity for both retail and institutional participants.

5. Marketing & Partnership (8.0%)

Reserved to align with strategic partners and amplify our reach. This pool enables collaborations with:

Web3 infrastructure projects
Game studios and publishers
Ecosystem partners who expand functionality and accelerate adoption

The goal is to grow beyond just a marketplace into a broader gaming and digital asset ecosystem, supported by aligned incentives.

6. Investors (15.0%)

Allocated to those who provided early strategic capital and guidance. Vesting ensures alignment with long-term growth rather than short-term speculation.

7. Team (16.0%)

Allocated to the builders of OVERTAKE. Team tokens are locked and vested to demonstrate commitment to building lasting value.

Reminders Before TGE

The $TAKE TGE is approaching. Here’s what you should know:

Airdrops: Both KAITO and OVERTAKE airdrops will launch shortly after TGE.

KAITO claim window: 30 days
OVERTAKE claim window: 60 days
Please ensure you claim within the window, as unclaimed tokens will expire.

Airdrop Checker: Goes live along with Staking.
