Introducing Overwolf Creator Rewards

Building an in-game app takes a lot of effort and dedication. We know that, and we want to stand by your side throughout the entire journey. Creating apps for the games you love and putting them out there for the world to experience is nothing to scoff at, and so we wanted to celebrate your success with little tokens of appreciation!

Meet the Overwolf creator rewards!

Once your app passes the 5,000 downloads threshold, we’ll send you (and your team if you’re not riding solo!) a kick-ass Overwolf t-shirt along with some high-quality stickers! You can slap them onto any surface to swag out your gear and show off your allegiance. Or, y’ know, stash them away for safekeeping if you’re not into stickers.

But five thousand downloads is just the start. We wanted to give developers a big milestone to strive towards and, naturally, a reward that’s special enough to commemorate their accomplishments as they stack up. Our second threshold is 100,000 downloads. That’s quite a large number and reaching it means you’ve become a part of a very special club. We wanted to come up with something that would truly blow your mind — so how about a meticulously crafted nine-inch Overwolf sculpture, created in collaboration with Bigshot Toyworks?

The render looks great, but seeing it in person is really something else. It also comes with a Bronze plaque at the front that does a great job of highlighting your incredible achievement. And, as your app continues to grow, we’ll follow along and send you better and shinier plaques — a Silver one for 500k downloads, and a Gold one for 1 million! The statue itself is four and a half inches shy of an Oscar, but it’s no less amazing!

These perks won’t necessarily make your journey any more meaningful than it already is, but we hope you’ll see them as an honest pat on the back — a sign of gratitude and recognition for the hard work you’re doing.
