Discover the World with Club Fair Featuring oVice
“The adventure to the World of Clubs begins with numerous challenges and priceless treasures waiting. However, a recent surprising attack of a dangerous virus was an obstacle to the journey. To face this threat, Club Fair and oVice — for the first time at FTU2 (FTU2: Foreign Trade University Campus 2), create a special virtual space for adventurers to safely discover the world with unique experiences.
“As a natural communication online platform with many interactive features, oVice vividly simulates the “wonderlands of 30 clubs” in FTU2, which allows adventurers to freely travel and connect with different people and cultures.”
About the Club Fair
Club Community Day, or Club Fair, is an annual program organized by the Foreign Trade University of Ho Chi Minh City.
During the event day, students will have the most comprehensive experience and view of the identity of each “small clubhouse” in Foreign Trade University.

A Virtual Adventure to Discover the Clubs Wonderlands
This year, the Club Fair 2021 returns with the theme of “Passport — Pass-World”.
The Club Fair design team created 5 layout maps that resemble a huge island with mini islands, one for each club, and 1 island was dedicated for coffee breaks and casual hangouts.
oVice Virtual Spaces Creates an Immersive Experience for the Club Fair Participants
Since the Club Fair is the biggest club day of the year, where all 30 clubs gather and invite students, especially freshmen, to join their clubs, more than 1,000 students join the event to learn more about each club and have fun with each other.
In order to ensure a smooth communication experience at oVice, the Club Fair collaborated with oVice to create an event landing page ahead of the event day summarizing the event program, giving a sneak peek of how the venues will look like, and giving tips on how to use oVice platform so people would be more familiarized with it.

oVice created a virtual building of 5 floors for the Club Fair so attendees have a comfortable communication experience, and they can travel from one floor to another without missing out on what’s going on on the main stage.
The Club Fair utilized so many functionalities at oVice. From adding a YouTube live object to broadcast the stream to all floors, to adding very cute animated images so each club can customize their own mini island however they want.

Activities Hosted at the Club Fair
Club leaders organized games and delivered presentations about their clubs to attract more people to their islands. Many freshmen had the opportunity to meet and talk for the first time, talk to senior students, and get introduced to multiple programs at the FTU2.
As a sponsor, oVice hosted a Giveaway for the attendees to win $20 worth-vouchers to create excitement during the event.
After the event ended, people took pictures for memory at the photo booths added within the layout images.
The use of interactive emojis (“raising hand”, “clapping”, “playing the drum roll”) hyped everyone 😂
