Owlies NFT Badges
Badges are probably one of the coolest most fun innovations Owlies has brought to the NFT trading card space.
First, let’s start with what badges are and what purpose they fill. The badges are a way to reward the community in a variety of ways but also have them serve a utility in the Owlieverse. They are all unique with limited supplies. You’ll never see the same badge minted twice!
Badges are earned in various ways, from community participation in Discord to being airdropped anniversary badges. They come in all shapes and sizes! Recent drops include Minting a Monster Box on Stargaze. Minters received a free limited edition Monster Badge. We also celebrated our one-year anniversaries recently for Owlies and ohhNFT where holders were airdropped badges.
Another set of badges are those given to outside communities called Interchain Community Badges. These are a way to reward other fantastic communities that have built something special in the space. The first badge we gave out last year to all Bad Kids holders with an O mouth trait.
What makes Owlies trading cards unique is that each of these badges has a slot on the 1:1 cards players can mint. With 8 total badge slots, these trading cards become one of the most unique and special trading cards in the space.
