山中夢遊Jiufen Wander｜下雨來做一場夢 X 上山上山 氣味介紹

雨季裡的房間，在房間裡創造一個Show Room，把嘉南平原的味道帶上山，把土地的氣味帶進旅人的鼻子裡。
During the rainy season, transform the room into a Show Room, bringing the scent of the Chianan Plain up the mountain and introducing the aroma of the land, bringing the scent into the noses of the travellers.
綠光 Green rayＸ做穡頭 tsoh-sit-thâu
一大清晨，阿公就會騎摩托車載我到農田，我很喜歡這時的清晨，陽光正緩緩乍現，空氣開始有點點清香。
In the morning, Grandpa would ride his motorcycle to take me to the farmland. I loved these early hours when the sunlight gently appeared, and the air started to carry a subtle fragrance.
在綠光放下手機，獨處片刻， 會發現耳邊迴盪著山下溪谷的淙淙流水聲。 望向遠方，繞行在山間與近海的是偶爾放晴的日光。 我嘗試將鄉間日出時刻的氣味場景，收存在綠光的水泥獨棟建築裡。除了窗外偶然可見的陽光，也將這份溫暖，以苦甘的厚實氣味，鋪陳在旅人身上。
Putting down the phone in the Green Ray and spending a moment alone, you’ll hear the murmuring sound of the stream from the valley below. Looking into the distance, sunlight occasionally breaks through the mountains and the nearby sea. I’ve tried to capture the scent and scene of the rural sunrise and encapsulate it within the concrete structure of the Green Ray. In addition to the occasional sunshine outside the window, I’m spreading this warmth, with the rich fragrance of both bitterness and sweetness, onto the travelers.
山居 Mountain house／樹屋 Tree houseＸ夯柑仔 hang-kam-á
冬天時，家隔壁的柑仔店老闆會賣烤蕃薯、龍眼乾等，店裡瀰漫著炭火的味道，就像烘烤的橘子。
During winter, the grocery shop sells roasted sweet potatoes and dried longans, filling the air with charcoal aroma, much like the roasted oranges.
紅磚與木樑砌築而成的山間小屋中，長有一株老樹。 老樹撐起一房三層的結構，在經歷時間與霧雨沖刷的山城裡，留下點點過往的溫潤。 我以炭火烘培的香氣，融入煙燻烏梅、陳皮、仙渣、和甘草等早期漬物的風味，為充滿舊時美好的山居樹屋，添入回憶裡暖和，又有點開胃的甘甜氣息。
In the house constructed with red bricks and wooden beams, there stands an old tree in the center. This old tree supports the three-story structure, and in the misty mountain city weathered by time and drizzle, it leaves traces of the warmth of the past. I’ve infused the aroma of charcoal roasting into the space, blending the flavours of smoked plums, tangerine peels, pickled plums, and liquorice from early picklings. This adds a warm and slightly appetizing sweetness to the space, full of nostalgic charm.
連嶼 VillaＸ睏中晝 khùn-tiong-tàu
在阿嬤家，躺在被午陽曬過的老傢俱或榻榻米上，裡頭有暖烘烘的味道。
At grandma’s house, lying on the old furniture or tatami mats sunbathing in the noon sun, there’s a warm and toasty aroma inside.
位於山城高處的連嶼，清晨像是包覆被雲裡的天空之城。午後見晴，窩在茶几裡，則是與對山相望的養心小屋。
以旅人團聚放鬆的客廳作為源頭，契入帶有午間蓬鬆花香的老屋暖調，讓香氣結合鋪設在磨石地板的銀河圖騰，緩緩流動，為連嶼的客廳匯入南部老家熟悉的暖意。
Located in the elevated heights of Jiufen, Villa feels like a celestial city wrapped in the morning clouds. On sunny afternoons, nestled by the coffee table, it becomes a space gazing towards the mountains.
Originating from the cosy living room where travellers gather to unwind, the fragrance merges with the warm tones of the old house, carrying the scent of fluffy flowers in the afternoon. Combined with the galactic patterns on the stone floor, the aroma flows gently, bringing the familiar warmth of the southern hometown to the living room of Villa.
連嶼 VillaＸ窣窣 su̍t-su̍t
沿著家附近的鐵馬道時，發現有一條郡溝，看見陽光映射在河流上，慢慢捲動，像一道暖流匯聚，然後又飄向遠方。
While walking along the railroad near my home, I discovered a ditch. The sunlight reflected on the river, slowly undulating like a warm flow gathering, then drifting towards the distance.
磨石子鋪成的銀河，從客廳流入臥房。熱絡的氣味逐漸緩和，轉為與體溫相襯，溫和醇厚，略帶蜂蜜滋味的酒香。是山間小屋中，靜靜陪伴旅人的暖流。
The terrazzo floor in the living room flows into the bedroom, and the warm scent gradually softens, matching body temperature, becoming gently mellow, with a hint of honey-like wine aroma. It is a warm current that quietly accompanies the travellers in the Villa.
